In addition to individual financing deals, the main focus of our Portfolio Transaction and Risk Transfer Group is on the portfolio level. The Group's key tasks include, in particular, initiating, supporting, coordinating and the execution of:
- Purchase and sale of property finance portfolios
- Transfer of credit risks to the market via securitisation or credit default swaps.
In addition, we continuously monitor and analyse:
- development of prices
- technical developments, and
- changes in general overall conditions
in the relevant credit and capital markets.
