Münchener Hypothekenbank operates its commercial property finance business as:
- a direct business with professional property investors, who we have acquired via our own sales activities
- a consortium business, whereby Münchener Hypotheklenbank participates in existing property finance deals or places tranches of financing deals it generated itself
- a broker business via the cooperative partner banks, the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, who pass on inquiries regarding commercial property finance to us
We do not compete with the cooperative partner banks in this area due to the structure of our target customers and the usual size of loans made in this segment.
