MünchenerHyp provides financing to Corestate to buy VISION ONE office campus in Leinfelden-Echterdingen
Münchener Hypothekenbank eG (MünchenerHyp) is acting as the sole underwriter for a long-term loan of € 71 million to finance the purchase of the VISION ONE office complex located in Leinfelden-Echterdingen.
The financing is being provided to a closed-end special AIF of Hannover Leasing, a subsidiary of Corestate. Hannover Leasing is a capital management company and also acts as an asset manager for a small group of institutional investors.
The newly built, high-quality complex consists of a total of five storeys with around 25,000 square metres of rental space. The complex features a broad tenant structure, DGNB Gold certification and location close to the Stuttgart Airport and Stuttgart trade fair grounds.
