We issue unsecured paper to refinance our business activities that are not cover pool eligible. These securities are:
- Bearer bonds
- Promissory notes
We offer these securities as private placements, structured bonds, or as fixed or floating interest rate securities – and, upon request, in various currencies. The maturities of the individual unsecured issues are tailor-made depending on the wishes and requirements of our investors.
Our Senior Preferred promissory notes and loans are rated Aa3 by Moody’s and our Senior Non-Preferred bonds and notes are rated A2 by Moody’s, qualifiying Münchener Hypothekenbank as an attractive partner for safety-oriented investors.
While issuing bonds in Sub-Benchmark size with a minimum volume of EUR 250 mn, MünchenerHyp is providing additional liquidity to investors.
