Welcoming remarks from the Board of Management

The year 2016 was quite special for MünchenerHyp. On the one hand we celebrated the 120th anniversary of our Bank, and on the other, we were very successful – and set a new record for new mortgage business. This brings together the past and the future to build a model for success: the cooperative spirit of togetherness.

We achieved a great deal in 2016 together with our partners in the Cooperative Financial Network, the dedication of our employees, plus the support given by our members. We continued to grow sustainably, reinforced our earnings power and equity capital, and faced tomorrow’s challenges with innovative financing solutions. And we want to work together with you – our partners, customers and members – to build on these achievements in the current business year.
